Bonus Policy

Important Risk Warning: Trading forex and CFDs carries a high level of risk and may result in the loss of your entire capital. The use of bonuses increases leverage and can significantly amplify both profits and losses. Clients should only trade with funds they can afford to lose.

1. Introduction

Achiever Global Markets LTD (operating as Achieverfx.com) offers deposit bonuses to eligible clients to increase their trading capital. The bonus is provided strictly as trading credit and is not withdrawable as cash. All bonuses are subject to strict terms and strong anti-abuse rules.

This policy forms part of the Company’s Terms & Conditions and Client Agreement. In case of any conflict, this Bonus Policy shall prevail.

2. Bonus Offer Details

Bonus Rate: 20% on qualifying deposits
Maximum Bonus Cap: USD 3,000 per client (across all accounts and all deposits combined)
Minimum Deposit: USD 250
Eligible Accounts: Standard and Premium MT5 accounts
Validity Period: 60 days from the date the bonus is credited

Example:
Deposit USD 10,000 → You receive 20% bonus = USD 2,000 credit
Deposit USD 20,000 or more → You receive the maximum bonus of USD 3,000 credit

3. Eligibility Criteria

Hold a fully verified live MT5 trading account (KYC/AML completed and approved)
Make a qualifying deposit through an approved payment method
Opt-in for the bonus during deposit or by contacting support within 24 hours
Not be resident in any jurisdiction where bonuses are restricted or prohibited

4. How the Bonus Works

The bonus is credited as “Credit” (not as balance)
It increases your equity and available margin but does not form part of your withdrawable funds
Any withdrawal request will proportionally reduce or fully cancel the remaining bonus credit
Stop-Out level remains at 50%

5. Bonus Abuse & Prohibited Activities

Any form of bonus abuse is strictly forbidden and will be treated seriously under this Bonus Policy.

The following activities constitute bonus abuse:

Arbitrage (including latency, cross-broker, or any risk-free arbitrage)
Hedging (opening simultaneously long and short positions on the same or highly correlated instruments)
One-sided positions (repeatedly opening large positions in only one direction with the primary intent of generating artificial trading volume)
Using multiple accounts, different identities, VPNs, proxies, or family/household accounts
Any artificial volume generation, Expert Advisor (EA) abuse, or manipulative trading strategies
Any other activity that the Company considers as bonus abuse or bad faith trading

Consequences of Bonus Abuse:

Immediate cancellation and removal of the entire bonus credit
Forfeiture of all profits generated while the bonus was active
Impact on withdrawals — withdrawals may be blocked, delayed, rejected, or partially/fully reversed
Suspension or permanent closure of the trading account(s)

6. Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals of the original deposit and any profits are allowed only after the bonus validity period or when the Company approves
Any withdrawal made while the bonus is active will result in proportional or complete cancellation of the bonus
Bonus abuse will directly impact and may completely prevent withdrawals
The Company may require additional documentation before processing any withdrawal

7. Company Rights

The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the bonus program at any time without prior notice. All interpretations and decisions related to this policy are final.

8. Governing Law

This Bonus Policy is governed by the laws of Saint Lucia. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Lucia.

By receiving or opting into any bonus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Bonus Policy and the Company’s general Terms & Conditions.
